We are sorry to hear if you are not happy with the flights that have been booked for you. As per the Fine Print on our flight-inclusive deal pages, there are a range of airlines that we consider when booking flights, as well as other conditions that we adhere to.
If you are not happy with the flights booked and wish to make a voluntary change, there will be a $250 per person change fee, plus an airline change fee and any applicable fare and tax difference.
