Typically, accommodation on our group tours is a mix of 3 to 5-star hotels, with some tours including a unique Inspiring Stays (these will be mentioned in the Fine Print of the deal page, where applicable). Depending on the destination however, accommodation standards do vary when compared to hotels used throughout the western world. For example, a 5-star hotel in Cairo may differ from a 5-star hotel in Sydney.
When creating the itineraries, our expert Product Managers seek out what we consider to be hotels that represent great value for money, while still offering a comfortable stay, including sleeping arrangements and hotel amenities. We review each hotel and ensure that they have acceptable customer satisfaction ratings based on authentic customer feedback.
