Once payment has been successfully processed for your booking, you will receive an Order Confirmation and Tax Receipt to your email address. Please make sure you check your spam or junk mail folder in case our email has ended up in there.
This email will detail your purchase and advise on the next step. You will be required to fill in and submit a Passenger Booking Form. We ideally require this form within 48 hours of your purchase as it allows us to proceed with your booking. Where you do not submit your booking a timely manner, a friendly reminder will be sent to your email address.
