Our website will reflect live availability and pricing and we suggest securing your preferred package and departure date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as our pricing is dynamic and subject to change.
When making your booking, you will have the option to apply your credit to cover the initial deposit payable and any excess will remain available for future payments such as instalments or optional tours. Be sure to select “Account Balance” as your method of payment. All payment terms will remain as per the standard Fine Print on the applicable deal page for any new booking made. Your “Account Balance” remains non-refundable at all times.
We pride ourselves on our user-friendly website and our streamlined booking process. We encourage you to make your booking online by following these easy steps:
- Sign into your Inspiring Vacations account. Click your name to reveal the drop down menu. From here you will see the balance or the credit available on your account.
When you are signed into your account to make the booking, you will see the "balance" available on your account by clicking on the drop-down arrow where your name is.
- Go to the tour you wish to purchase and click on the "Book Now" button
- Fill in your booking form, completing all the necessary details - departure date, departure city, bedding configuration etc.
- At the Checkout, scroll down and select "Account Balance" as your method of payment to use your credit. This will be found underneath the BPAY option. Ignore the “enter a voucher / coupon / group code” field. This is used for promotional purposes only.
- Click on "Complete Purchase" and the payable deposit will be automatically deducted from your available balance.
- You will have been issued with a new Order Number and will receive an Order Confirmation via email.
- You will need to complete a Traveller Booking Form, please ensure you do this as soon as possible.
- Once your booking form has been submitted, we will email you a confirmation.
Your Account Balance cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
Please note that when making your new booking, you will be issued with a new Order Number as well as be required to complete a new traveller booking form. Once your booking form has been submitted successfully, we will contact you to confirm your new booking.
