We have policies and procedures in place should an unexpected event occur while on tour. The health and safety of all our customers while on tour is of paramount importance. Our tour guides are trained and prepared to handle any unexpected event.
We have direct contact with our team on the ground to ensure that our customers are accounted for at all times, and that we are kept informed of any required changes. An incident report will be provided to our team to ensure that appropriate follow-up takes place.
