We endeavour to issue documentation 30 days before departure. For reasons beyond our control, we may be delayed in issuing you with your documentation, although we always do our best to send you documentation once it is available.
All documentation will be sent via email to the primary traveller’s email account. If you have booked through a travel agent, all documentation will be sent to your travel agent directly so please ensure you get in contact with them for assistance.
Furthermore, depending on the package you have purchased, documentation may be sent to you directly from our local partner. You will be made aware of ahead of time, should this be the case.
Please check your spam and/or junk mail folders in case an important email from our team has made its way there.
