Once you have made your purchase, the next step is to complete all passenger details via our Traveller Booking Form. These details are required so we can begin to make arrangements for your booking, we recommend completing this form as soon as possible.
When you purchased your tour, you would have received an Order Confirmation email with a link to your account and the Traveller Booking Form. Click on this link to access the form, or alternatively, log in to your account via our website:
- Log in to your account
- View your Order and click the drop down arrow to view your options
- Click on “Passenger Details”
- Complete all of the required fields
- If you do not have a valid passport, input your current details for now and you can update us later
- Ensure you provide appropriate emergency contact details and not your travel companion’s details
- Tick the appropriate check boxes
- Click “Submit”
We cannot complete and submit the Traveller Booking Form on your behalf. We are happy to provide some assistance over the phone if required.
Once your Traveller Booking Form has been received, you can expect email confirmation of this.
